Returns and Breakage's, Warranties
Returns are not accepted unless by prior arrangement, we must be notified by phone or email and dispatched within 14 days of recept
All breakage's must be notified by phone or email within 24hrs of recept, and returned immediately.
All returns for any reason are at the buyers expense, no refunds will be issued until the part is returned accompanied by all necessary paperwork to prove purchase
All returned parts will be checked by us to verify any issues, no refunds will be made until this is done.
All parts must be fitted by a qualified Mechanic before any Warranty claims can be accepted, proof of fitting by a Certified professional will be required.
Returned items need to be unused / unfitted, in original packaging and in new condition as supplied.
Electrical items – If electrical items have been fitted, we unfortunately will be unable to except the return, due to the risk of the item being damaged as a result of an existing electrical fault with the vehicle.
If you buy the wrong part, or for what ever reason beyond our control the part does not fit your car, we may chose to take the item back or issue a credit note, however you have 2 weeks to notify us and get the item returned in original packaging and condition (covered in dirt and grease does not constitute original condition).
All overseas orders must have tracking and Insurance. The freight calculation may not be correct, expect additional charges
